Q: Do you take my insurance?
Kinetic Studio is not contracted with any insurance companies. Payment is made at time of service and upon request, Kinetic Studio will provide a Superbill which is a receipt that has the information you would need in order to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. It would go through out of network benefits and according to your specific policy coverage.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Kinetic Studio can accept payment for services in the forms of Cash, Check (made payable to Kinetic Studio), Credit Card or Zelle at this time.
How long are sessions and where do they take place?
Evaluations are generally 60-75 minutes depending on the needs of the client and what type of evaluation it is. Often there is some introductory treatment within the first evaluation session when possible.
Follow-up treatment sessions are 55-60 minutes for Schroth/Scoliosis and can range from 30-60 minutes for other types of treatments based on the recommendations from the evaluation.
Evaluations and treatment sessions take place at our studio located in Millburn, NJ at 318 Main Street Suite 101D.
No. At Kinetic Studio, all sessions are one on one with a Doctor or Physical Therapy. All activities are closely monitored to ensure proper performance and thorough understanding. We have found that this one on one model of care decreases the number of sessions required to treat most conditions.
